1. Who we are

youesay.com is operated by youesay (“you-es-ay”, “we”, “us”), a business based in Florida, USA. Contact: contactus@youesay.com.

2. Using the site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Products and orders

All items are made to order with the colour, size and origin you select. Please check your selections carefully. Product photos are representative; colours may vary slightly by screen and by print run. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms. We never store your card details. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed the order.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping, Returns and Refund policies form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier for US orders, except where consumer law says otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The you-es-ay name, wordmark, the dotted flag device, the bug, the line “America: However You Got Here”, the photographs and the site design belong to us. Buying a product gives you the product, not a licence to reproduce the artwork. National flags belong to their nations and are used as factual representations of origin.

7. Promotions and codes

Promo codes are single use unless stated, cannot be combined, and cannot be applied after an order is placed. We can withdraw a promotion at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
