Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, items ordered, and your selected origin country. Collected by Stripe at checkout and shared with us so we can make and ship your order.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email signups: your email address if you join our list.
• Site analytics: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) via our hosting provider, Vercel.
• Local storage: your browser remembers your bag between visits. Nothing in it is sent to us until you check out.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship orders, send receipts and tracking, answer support requests, send marketing emails you have opted into, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the store, only as needed: Stripe (payments), our print and embroidery partner (production), USPS and carriers (delivery), Vercel (hosting), and our email provider (email). Each is bound by its own privacy terms. We will disclose data if required by law.

Your origin country

The origin you select is a product customisation, like a size. It is stored with your order so we can print it and reprint it if needed. We never use it for profiling or advertising, and we never share it beyond fulfilment.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to stop marketing, at any time by emailing contactus@youesay.com. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK (GDPR) and other regions with privacy laws have additional rights, which we honour. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
