Everything is made after you order. Here is what to expect and when.

Production time
Tees are screen printed and caps are embroidered to order. Production takes 3-5 business days before your parcel ships. Times are estimates, not promises. Around holidays and launches they can stretch.
Tracking
You will get a tracking email the moment the label is created. If the tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us and we will chase it.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by your country on arrival. Those are set by your government, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as gifts.
Address errors
Please double check your address at Stripe checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you cover the new postage.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but has not turned up within 3 days, email contactus@youesay.com with your order number and a photo if relevant. We will replace or refund.
