Returns and exchanges
If it is not right, send it back. Fourteen days, unworn, unwashed.

Eligibility
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, free of odours or marks, and in its original condition. Because each item is printed or embroidered to order with your chosen origin, we ask that you check size carefully before buying. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the item price. Original shipping is not refunded. Refunds appear within 5-10 business days of us receiving the parcel, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, so you are not waiting on the post twice. If the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we will send the replacement at our cost before you return the original.
How to start a return
- Email contactus@youesay.com with your order number and the item you are returning.
- We will reply within 2 business days with the return address.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service.
Faulty items
If there is a defect in the garment or print, contact us within 30 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
