Refund policy
The short version of when and how money comes back.

When you get a refund
- You return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery (item price only).
- We cancel your order for any reason (full refund including shipping).
- Your item arrives faulty or wrong and you prefer a refund to a replacement (full refund including shipping).
- Your parcel is lost in transit and cannot be recovered (full refund or reshipment, your choice).
- You cancel within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts (full refund).
How it is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5-10 business days for your bank to show it. We cannot refund to a different card or in cash.
What is not refundable
Original shipping on standard returns. Items worn, washed or damaged after delivery. Items returned after 14 days. Import duties and taxes paid to your country.
Partial refunds
If a returned item shows signs of wear or is missing its label, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion and will tell you before we do.
